Coronation Street fans ‘work out’ what’s wrong with Sam Blakeman as Will Driscoll scenes spark confusion

Coronation Street fans think they have ‘worked out’ what’s wrong with Sam Blakeman as his scenes with Will Driscoll continue to spark confusion.

As those who follow the ITV soap know, the teen hasn’t been himself ever since he discovered that Will was being groomed by his coach and teacher, Megan Walsh, and was threatened into keeping it quiet.

Fans will recall that Megan moved to Weatherfield after Will refused to leave Hull when his dad, Ben, bought the Rovers Return for his partner, Eva Price. But it wasn’t his training that Will didn’t want to leave, as it was revealed that he was in a secret relationship with Megan, and shortly after, the pair were seen sleeping together as Will turned 16.

Megan later discovered she was pregnant, telling Will, who isn’t her only victim, as viewers were also introduced to another teen who admitted to sleeping with Megan, the baby was his. But back in March, after he figured out what was going on and Megan tried to bully him into silence, Sam ended up in hospital after taking too many tablets not prescribed to him, and usually used for those with ADHD.

While in the hospital, he eventually confessed what he knew to step-mother Leanne Battersby and her sister, Eva Price, who is Will’s stepmother. The bombshell has since left the Driscolls in turmoil, with Will standing by his and Megan’s story that he had an out-of-control crush she tried to shut down.

Sam was later seen confronting Will, telling him his intimidation tactics won’t work, leaving him confused, as he didn’t know what Sam was talking about.

Sam’s behaviour has since continued to spiral, and during Monday’s (May 11) visit to Weatherfield, Sam saw Will coming out of a classroom and giving an evil look as he walked down the corridor past him at Weatherfield High, The moment left Sam rattled and later, back on the Street, as he set off for the Red Rec, Will apporached and threatened him, causing Sam to drops his telescope, smashing it on the ground before hastily running off.
